Halcyon House Electric Fetus Building Downtown Duluth
On-street parking is available along Michigan St, which is limited to 1.5 hours. Parking along Michigan St is only enforced on weekdays between 8:30am and 5:30pm. All on-street parking is free and limited to 4 hours for anyone with a disability permit. For longer parking, the Muffler Clinic lot on Michigan St just past First Ave East is the closest and easiest option for anyone that has difficulty navigating steep hills or stairs. The Tech Village lot behind Pizza Lucé on 1st St is also close by. We have a second non-ADA entrance on Superior Street one door west of Anchors End Tattoo. Halcyon House is in the lower level of the Electric Fetus Building.
